Two easy ways to get your direct deposit form

Pre-filled for you:

  1. Sign in to chase.com or the Chase MobileĀ® app.
  2. Choose the checking account in which you want to receive your direct deposit.
  3. Navigate to ā€œAccount servicesā€ by scrolling up in the Chase MobileĀ® app or in the drop-down menu on chase.com.
  4. Click or tap on ā€œSet up direct deposit form.ā€
  5. Download, print or email the form to your employer.

  2. Locate your 9-digit routing and account numbers ā€” here's how to find them.
  3. Fill in your other personal information.
  4. Give the completed form to your employer.

  3. If youā€™re eligible, your employer will deposit your paycheck directly into your account.
  4. Confirm the deposit each pay cycle by signing in to chase.com, the Chase MobileĀ® app or checking your account statement.
  • Your employer or depositorā€™s name and address
  • Your Employee ID or account number with depositor
  • Your account number
  • Your routing/ABA number

Direct deposit usually takes up to two pay cycles to kick in. However, itā€™s different for each employer. Please check directly with your employer for specific timing.
