How to go paperless and view your statements:

On the Chase MobileĀ® app:

  1. Sign in to the Chase MobileĀ® app.
  2. Navigate to the ā€œProfile & Settingsā€ icon in the top right corner of your app, select ā€œSettings,ā€ open the ā€œAccount settingsā€ dropdown and select ā€œPaperless.ā€
  3. You'll see a list of all your Chase accounts that are eligible for paperless statements. To the left of each eligible account, select the ones you want to receive as paperless statements and choose ā€œSaveā€ at the bottom of your browser.
  4. After that, your statements will be paperless, and you can access them just by tapping on ā€œSee statements.ā€ You can update your preferences anytime you're signed into the Chase MobileĀ® app by going back to your paperless settings.

On chase.com:

  1. Sign in to chase.com.
  2. Navigate to the ā€œProfile & Settingsā€ icon in the top right corner of your browser, click ā€œAccount Settingsā€ on the left side and choose the ā€œPaperlessā€ option from the dropdown. You'll see a list of all your Chase accounts that are eligible for paperless statements. To the right of each eligible account, select the ones you want to receive as paperless statements and choose ā€œSaveā€ at the bottom of your browser.
  3. You'll see a confirmation of your updates. Your paperless statement preferences have been saved and your enrollment is complete.
  4. To see your statements, sign in and click the Main Menu icon in the top left corner of your screen. Choose ā€œStatements & documentsā€ to access statements for all of your accounts.

It may take a month or so to stop receiving paper statements in the mail.

On chase.com:

  1. Click on the Main Menu symbol in the top left corner of your dashboard and choose "Statements & documents".
  2. Choose the year and account and click the Open or Save icon to the right of each statement.

In the Chase MobileĀ® app:

  1. Click on the "Profile & Settings" icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select "Statements & documents" within Document manager.
  3. Click on "Statements", select your account and then the year and statement to open as a PDF.

No, it'll only include the information for the account listed on the statement.

You can update your preferences at any time by going back into your paperless settings in your Chase MobileĀ® app or when you've signed into chase.com.

 

On chase.com:

  1. Click on the "Profile & Settings" icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.
  2. Select the "Customize settings" link under "Account Settings".
  3. Under "Paperless settings", deselect the document types that you want to receive as printed statements and click "Save" at the bottom.

In the Chase MobileĀ® app:

  1. Click on the "Profile & Settings" icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select the "Settings" tab and open the "Account settings" dropdown.
  3. Choose "Paperless", then deselect the document types that you want to receive as printed statements and click "Save" at the bottom.
