Set spend alerts, know how to lock/unlock debit card and more.

  1. Step oneAfter signing into your Chase MobileĀ® app, tap the Chase First Banking account
  2. Step twoTap the ā€œProfile iconā€ (top right) and select Manage alerts
  3. Step threeTap ā€œChase First Bankingā€ and choose an alert from the 3 categories of alerts for your account
  4. Step fourThen choose how you would like to receive them: email, push notification or text message
  5. Step fiveTap ā€œSave changesā€
  6. Step sixNext, tap on ā€œAccount servicesā€ where you can: replace a debit card, set travel notifications, lock or unlock your debit card, and manage your PIN
